SaltenOf Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 Hey all.Was hoping you might be able to help me out? My motorbike shows no sign of power. Turning the ignition turns does not turn on any of the electronic display or the lights. The battery is fully charged. The bike makes an odd buzzing noise. Any help would be greatly apreciated as I am at a complete loss as to what's causing this. Cheers.Video of the faulty bike: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjFuciB9nuM Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 Sounds like a dud relay. Check where the noise is coming from. Also check the earth connection as they tend to corrode which leads to poor conductivity. Quote

megawatt Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 Is it fuel injected? Could be fuel pump or relay not pulling in. This will prevent starting. Quote
SaltenOf Posted June 20, 2018 Author Posted June 20, 2018 Hey all,Thanks for the replys and advice. I decided to order a new battery as when I hooked it up to my external battery power and charged it to full it did not seem to keep the charge for long at all. Turns out I just needed a new battery! Thanks for all your replies and help Quote
bikerboy999 Posted November 1, 2020 Posted November 1, 2020 I own a Honda CB125R and I have also faced the same issue when my bike was not being used for like 3-4 months. I contacted the service centre and they took it to the workshop. The Issue was with the battery. Quote
