Trentskywalker Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Hi Guys, Just after some advice, I own a Triumph Dayton 675 07 plate. I want to remove the the passenger foot pegs and want to know if I have to put blanking plates on or can just have nothing? Thanks Quote
megawatt Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 If you want to get it through an mot. You may need to remove pillion seat and put a cover on. Remove brackets as well. Quote
TimR Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 google sato hooks and then get the cheapy version just in case you ever need to recover bike but yes you will need to replace seat with a cowl . Quote
Tiggie Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 what megawatt said. I had it the other way round and had removed my seat and left the pegs. Tester said If the seat wasn't there it couldn't have pegs on. Quote

megawatt Posted May 26, 2019 Posted May 26, 2019 Could be one of those things when it's up to the tester, but yes I have spoken to someone who just took the pegs off, left brackets and seat on and failed mot. Quote
