What excuse can you legally give to cock off the deal?

Easily spotted by just one picture then the email bit.

It doesn't work like that for the Motors section of ebay though, all you're doing is registering your interest in the vehicle. They call it an non-binding bid.

Thanks for that, I didnt know Ebay had different rules for different things. So if we see a scam in Motors we can wind up the seller without obligation.

Thanks for that, I didnt know Ebay had different rules for different things. So if we see a scam in Motors we can wind up the seller without obligation.

 

You can but if the seller reports you then you get your account locked. Do it many times and you will get banned.
