Gerontious Posted January 18, 2021 Posted January 18, 2021 (edited) Indeed.. it was an amazing place. was hoping to take the gang there last September.. but, sadly.... odd for it to go up in flames though, considering the pass is closed.. with everything battened down for the winter. https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1325009 Edited January 18, 2021 by Gerontious Quote
Steve_M Posted January 18, 2021 Posted January 18, 2021 (edited) I had just read about that. It was on my list of places to visit, too. Brings to mind the fire at the National Motorcycle Museum near the NEC. That, I understand, didn’t have a sprinkler system at the time(I hear it does now). It makes me wonder if this one didn’t either. Edited January 18, 2021 by Steve_M Quote
Bender Posted January 18, 2021 Author Posted January 18, 2021 It would appear that what ever fire precautions and response systems they had in place were inadequate. Quote
