One for @S-Westerly how many errors can you find in this?
Let’s start with the easy one.

What type of ship is it  Container? Bulker? Tanker?
 I know you only need to look at the picture, not watch the post..

Put a suit on anyone can be an expert.

Wakashio was a large bulker ( dry bulk cargo such as coal, iron ore, grain etc)- bog standard and nowhere near one of the biggest ever etc. She got where she ended up by sheer bloody incompetence on behalf of the master and navigating officers. It was an effing disgrace.

Just started watching the vid. Withstood the absolute and utter shite up until the knob in the tie went on about it being in the top 1% of largest ships etc. She spilt 1 000 tonnes max of fuel oil. Put it into perspective - the Amoco Cadiz spilt almost 230,000 tonnes onto the coast of Brittany. Big difference.

Saw something a while back that made me laugh.

 

Showed some 2nd amendment protesters in America demonstrating while carrying their guns. All peaceful, no issues. One of them happened to be carrying a very large (and very expensive) Barret M82 .50 cal rifle.

 

Media reported it as a rifle that is "routinely' used by armed forces to shoot down enemy planes 

 

When was the last time America had a war against someone with any planes let alone using a bloody rifle to attack them with!!

Sooo many times the media report about something and make a complete cock of it. Can't speak for anyone's speciality other than my own but when reporting shipping incidents they are generally farcical.
