Fiddlesticks Posted March 22, 2022 Posted March 22, 2022 (edited) Not sure what to make of this... XJR1300 owners manual - every 1,000km change oil and filter: Haynes - every 10,000km change oil and filter Edited March 22, 2022 by Fiddlesticks Quote
dynax Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Probably a typo in the owners manual, 10K sounds about right 1 Quote
MikeHorton Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 1k that's worse than chinese bikes. I'd go with the owners manual 10k. Modern engines and oils tend to go longer between changes. 1 Quote
Mississippi Bullfrog Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 I think you're reading it wrong. What it says is changes the oil at the first 1k, then every subsequent 10k. 3 1 Quote

Exactly this its giving you the KM at when to do it for ease in miles its 600 miles 6000 miles 12000 miles 18 24 30 36 42 48 54 60 66 72 78 and so on This service interval is pretty much standard for most bikes 1 Quote
