Update on the progress

 

Finally got the perspex sheet.

Decided a light grey tinted opposite to just normal clear.

I think it's looking better like that.

From the pic below, the perspex will be cut to the size of the sticker.

Still wondering if it's a good idea to do as @Ian Frog said and cut off the white surround. The tricky bit will be between the letters

Not sure about making a round shape at the bottom just to fit the holes for the flat head hex bots or leave it rectangular with rounded corners at the bottom.

That'd be my choice ye. I may have a crack myself when it comes to changing discs

Cut with a small margin (maybe 1cm either side) on the side and round at the bottom where the bolts will go
