bonio Posted Tuesday at 22:46 Posted Tuesday at 22:46 ... hmm. I'd have thought it would be better advice to practise the questions 2 Quote
KiwiBob Posted Wednesday at 15:33 Posted Wednesday at 15:33 The hazard perception part of the theory test can be a problem for some .. Practice those. 1 1 Quote
Simon Davey Posted Wednesday at 18:51 Posted Wednesday at 18:51 The most difficult test is yet to come..... It's keeping your wallet in your pocket whenever you go to a bike shop. 1 1 Quote

This, if you managed to only get 12 wrong of 700 I personally wouldn’t bother practising the exam part anymore. I think I did about 3 mock tests I found online, passed them all because if you’ve already been driving for yours a lot of it you already know, then just concentrated in the hazard perception. Did what seems like a million mock tests of that! but it was a huge help as I eventually figured out when they wanted you to click for maximum points. A little thing I did that I found a big help was to click 3 times at an equal interval each time I saw a hazard, that way even if you’re a bit early with the initial one you’ve got a good chance of still picking up a good score. good luck with it all! 1 Quote

Thank you I’m doing ok on it all, but naturally still nervous. I’m just focusing on the end goal did 60 miles on the bike tonight, jeez I’m going to have buns of steel with this seat I was proud of myself tonight as I started thinking back to cbt and how I was absolutely shocking . Then the instructor saying we are going out on the road and thought really you’ve got to be kidding. Then picking the bike up on the 6th may and it was gleaming brand new and thought what have I done took it across the road from the dealership, practically 100 metres from it. I was jerky as hell with the clutch and throttle and thinking how am I going to ride the 2-3 mile home , looked at the time and it was 3.45pm and thought oh shit rush hour is approaching. Thought if I don’t go now I’m doomed what a ride home that was, the cars behind must have thought who’s this nutter I’ve come on so much that I don’t even scare me anymore, never mind the traffic absolutely loving it now 1 Quote
