Have you only replaced the friction plates? If so its the steel plates that are the problem they warp and dish the dishing is very hard to see

Like I say I have never known it that doesn't mean it doesn't happen If there Is a 50 amp fuse it will be on the starter relay follow the main positive battery cable it should lead to it

I have never known a 50 amp fuse on a bike! 20 or 30 yes First thing is to change that blown fuse and get back to us
