you will have 3 or 4 pipes to the rad take them off the remove the (usually) 4 bolts on the sides of the radiator 2 either side and drop the radiator down oh you will need fairing off too watch your knuckles on the rad they are sharp in places also watch the securing bolts they are usually too soft and can easily break!!

i reckon the best thing to do is get a pressure check done on it then to be sure if its going to blow it will on a pressure check better to go before you go to spain then in spain

how bad is it ? mind it cant be that bad if rad weld sorted it if you can get to it get someone to weld it im not sure but think you will be ok with it

no its called been a sat twat and doing research most bikes are the same when it comes to faults almost all suzuki's have the dealer mode plug on the back that gives the fault codes

take a days holiday then you get paid or do a gouvey (spelling) on a weekend to make it up

it all depends on time of year and thing like that a lot of race days are on saturday and sunday

weekdays are cheaper too sometimes
