Are you doing any normal trackdays this year? Thinking of booking cadwell for the end of next month but looking at a lap on youtube it looks a bit sketchy in places!

I cant stand it. Had a guy hound me to reduce price on something i had listed, eventually accepted a best offer from him. He then messed about for 2 weeks saying his bank was holding funds so couldnt pay and wouldnt reply to my messages. When he eventually paid after i opened a case, he had the cheek to ask how quickly it would be posted as he needed it asap. He also told me i must package it very well as he didnt want a damaged item. Felt like hand delivering it and wrapping it around his head. I was positive he was going to try it on afterwards saying it was damaged or parts missing to get a refund but i never heard anything.

If im out early on mine i push it down the street and around the corner before i start it. There is only a handful of houses here and the only other guy with bikes got rid last year so there is no blaming him for it anymore

Great bikes. Loved the one i learnt to ride on and looked at buying one after i passed.

I bought a xena disk lock alarm. Would go off in the middle of the night without fail. I think most alarmed disk locks are fairly sensetive and easily set off by light wind or rain which gets annoying. I took the electronics out of mine and just use it as a normal disk lock.

Almax. Their video showing how easy other chains are defeated is an eye opener. Nothing can defend against a portable grinder though.

Had an x spirit 2 last year, loved it. Very good fit and ventilation. Felt substantial compared to cheaper lids, like it could take a good whack. The nsx i think its called may be in your price range and an awesome lid

In my mind talking to a camera whilst riding or driving has to be nearly as distracting as being on the phone. Im not saying he could have otherwise avoided this collision but it has to take away some of the awareness you have whilst riding. The amount of people doing videos in cars whilst driving, often at speed and talking to the camera at the same time is silly. Some channels are putting out scripted content from the seats of their bikes/cars, its performing an act alongside driving. More and more people purosefully looking at any excuse for a road rage reaction just for a bit of content to upload. Cant help but think they are hypocritical c*nts screaming at someone for being on their phone whilst narrating their own version of eastender sat on a bike.

I cant say ive ever felt too hot when moving on the bike? Bit uncomfortable when stopped and stood around chatting on the hottest of days but those are rare.

Always been a dainese fan but ive gone full power ranger this year with a held slade suit. Cant ride without a full suit on, feels weird.

Bought a set of racer high gloves last year after a recommendation on here. Had slight trouble when after a couple of rides a hole appeared where the stitching came away, bit dissapointed but took them to local bike leather repair shop who said its easy solved and most probably because the stitch hadnt been melted properly? Anyways im waffling but I used them all of last season and loved them. Just browsing ebay and came across a set of the 'better' high speed version at 1/3rd of the normal price, in my size, and in white to match the suit i ordered this morning! Best bargain ive ever had. Anyone found any bike treats over winter?

Im not too fussed about who im with but dont want to negatively impact my credit file. Is that a possible in switching accounts? Rarely use any form of credit but do remember they question how long you have been with bank.

Is there any negatives to switching bank accounts to take advantage of the bonus they offer? HSBC giving you £200 to switch, in my man maths thats a free set of tyres or a brembo rcs19!

Pressure from himself? Honda? Or the fans? I dont see him as the type to feel pressure, not that would affect how he takes himself into a race like the tt. From one of those mcn videos hes saying that hes agreed with his team that he doesnt have to be a typical motorbike racing w**ker and other than that interview he has no press expectations. Fitness wise he must be physically in the top 3 on the grid! Bike fit who knows but by the time it comes to the 200 im sure he will have prepared himself. Will he take a win? Most likely not. But if the bike is up for it then he is one of the most capable people alive on the course and will be up there in the mix.
