Wheel jerks when accelerating in 2nd gear

I seriously doubt if its the cush drive or the chain as they are in use in every gear not just second... I would start think gearbox issue....that's presuming it only does this in second.. -
If you wanted to ride over to me near Lincoln mate we could go through it together with my knowledge and multimeter... Just let me know

It's certainly not for everybody....and why should it be....there are plenty of good riders out there. It's just a recognition of a certain standard of riding. I'm really pleased I did it, I've learnt a lot, yet I was perfectly happy riding as I was. I needed another challenge and now I need another...lol. I will be consolidating what I've learnt over the last few months then I might take the next step to becoming an observer myself. I like helping people

Managed to pass my IAM test yesterday... Great fun.....lovely rides over a period of weeks.... I would recommend it to anyone who is interested but not everyone will be...

I personally think the problem 1st to Neutral is a common G/box issue with Suzuki's...I had the same problem with my SV and sometimes have the same with my Strom....I don't worry about it...

The pilot jet bypass tube could be blocked...I had a similar problem on another bike and that was what I found...I took the air/mix screw out and blew it through with compressed air....she worked fins then...

I have removed the air filter so I could see the pin and when you pull the throttle the pin moves perfectly, just like it should. Im so confused. When the bike wasnt running (weeks ago) I cleaned the jets from the carb, is it possible for me to screw them in too much or too less? And this is causing it? Also if I pull the throttle back alot the bike bogs down and cuts out, maybe this is something key Have you tried running the bike without the air filter and see if that makes a difference.. -

If you connect the bleed pipe to the nipple and put the other end in a jar with some fluid already in it (enough to cover the end), undo the nipple, then you can just pump the brake (whilst keeping the reservoir topped up) until no air is seen in the bleed pipe (if its clear) or until no air can bee seen coming out of the end of the pipe. Then re-tighten the nipple....job done.... -

Tewksbury is close enough to Wales to allow us to have a go at shooting some Welsh over the Severn, on a Sunday, with bow and arrow...love it...
