  1. Ok....I've found a campsite that will have us....Has Toilets and Showers....also has a pub that is only 1.1 mile walk (3.6 mile stagger after) that does Breakfast, Lunch and evening meals... How does May 24th (Friday night) to Monday 26th sound? (3 nights) Rates are: 2 person tent £8 per night for two people 3 person tent £11 Per night If we had a gazebo it would be a £5 We can have a gas BBQ (that I could provide) and there are plenty of Butchers around....for those who wish there are also some B & B's close at hand... It would be a good ride to Cleethorpes from there and Fish and Chips at the seaside Please feed back asap. Thanks D
  2. That sounds like good news I hope all goes well...
  3. Will do Gary
  4. Yes mate there are loads of B&B's round me that are good...will let you know later when a date/venue is sorted...
  5. FREE - Fire and Water..
  6. Unless water was running into it then it should be fine... Car was garaged with the bonnet open, so no direct water contact, just damp air... Hope its fine - i screwed the lid down and hope for the best!! I'm sure it will be fine....yes Brake fluid does absorb water but its over time....you will feel the difference on your brake pedal....but if you have ffitted new brake pads your pedal will be spongy anyway for a short while...

  8. You do have to be careful that you don't hold the dryer on too long and lift the paint as well...
  9. Are you sure that your moped is a 4 stroke?....because most that I see aren't...just a question
  10. I'm confused by the need for back pressure on a 4 stroke......until the need to quiet them down all racing 4 strokes ran straight through pipes but the impostant bit was for them to be smooth curved and the same length. It was two strokes that had to have back pressure in order for the exchange porting to work...
  11. Remember its the Mic's that may give you a problem...
  12. Have a look at these....http://www.maplin.co.uk/productsearch?criteria=Two%20Way%20Radios Yeah... I was after peoples personal opinion not just a link to a website, i think i can use google to find a store. This Cobra MT any good al_stu? I can always push the budget up a bit if it's worth it. Sorry I should have said that I have used the Binatone ones for years and found them ok but they were difficult to find a mic for with the correct size jack....I have also used the Cobra which I found just as good if not slightly better...
  13. Does the engine actually turn over? You need to find that out first, get those brakes unseized and trying pushing it forward in 4th gear. If it does then check the earths from battery to frame and engine to frame. Is there a starter relay because if there is check that. All of the above could give the symptoms you describe.
  14. If one piston is seized and the other free, there would be no pressure at the lever...

  16. With such a big voltage drop,it will probably be connector corrosion, earth corrosion or the dreaded blackwire...
  17. Of course if it was me I would get a small centre punch and light hammer and try to tap them round until I could get them out....usually works for me...

  24. Thats not unusual....in the old days they used amber glass/plastic....most things fade in light and so amber bulbs will actually lose their coating over time...
