Sorry kids but I won't be coming now either, I've had an expensive few weeks, work is hectic at the moment so I'm pretty much packed out with that, plus Ill be on a course over that weekend and life is just pretty mad at the moment. That's why I haven't been on here much and won't be for the foreseeable future, but i'll be back, don't worry!

Just seen a young girl, about 8 or 9 years old, in an electric wheelchair, she appeared to have a disability of some sort. She was on the station platform waiting to board to train and the guard had to tell her she wouldn't be able to get on because it's so busy and there's no room. The look on her face was terrible when she was told she'd have to wait for the next one. I feel dead sorry for her.

f**k it! I make babies cry. Earlier today in the supermarket, a baby in a trolley was looking at me, so I smiled at it... it burst out crying!

Hey Just thought I'd bump this, see if anyone has made any more progress? I've maintained my current weight, still haven't started lifting weight yet, I've got a few things I want to get out of the way over the next few weeks first, which should allow me to focus and dedicate some decent amount of time to it. I've also been considering returning to Brazilian Jiujitsu, but that's a maybe, it's not cheap!
