Looks like it's going to be exciting this season. I'm going to try and watch most, if not all the races this season, last season I only watched it if it was on.

Oh the memories and embarrassment, coming from some traffic lights in first, go to tap into second and all you get is a load of noise and gradual loss of speed with car behind you.

And to carry on from before. The XT125's are great in the lower gears and build up speed pretty sharpishly, with most of the power coming in the low to medium rev range. They are not bikes that are designed to go fast.

It doesn't do much more than 60 and that's when your killing it, I think your expecting a bit much. Yamaha XT125R owner.
