  1. The bike in the background is a CBR600RR, very similar to the R6 of the same age looks wise though . Yeah I know See my other post Oops , they were good bikes, I had one similar to that but in the grey/white colour scheme, loved that bike!.

  3. Welcome back, glad you’ve healed up fully and good luck with the search for new boots.
  4. That’s huge!, you could probably turn a lorry around more easily, looksncomfy for long rides though.
  5. Really nice thing for him to do, I hate punctures!.
  6. I'd never dream of such a thing, particularly not next to an Aventador .
  7. Yeah , the women shouldn't really let the kids drive . They’d probably make a better go of it than their mums!.
  8. Watch out for women with kids driving Range Rovers.
  9. I am very much a fan of 600s done a few track days on a K7 GSXR a few years ago and have owned both a CBR600RR and R6, they’re flickable and you can get on the power quicker, that said the latest 1000s are just as agile and have an amazing array of electronics, the sad fact is pretty much all the development has gone into the 1000s in the last few years. The 2015 + R1 that he’s got is a phenomenal piece of kit, I completely agree it’s overkill on the road-although I’m one to talk but on a track the chassis and electronics come into their own, not just for top riders but for us mere morals too, I’d still say the RSV4 is my favourite bike I’ve ever ridden in a track. As for the colour thing, green bikes look great, especially the older Kawasaki’s of the 90s-love the ZXR750, although- red looks pretty good too .FCC2D065-B896-47F3-8129-3C4A2C569CFE.jpeg I think you’ve just won the cock wagging contest with the Duc! If I were to go up on capacity it would definitely for a v4! RSV4 + SC Project/Austin Racing = heaven Honestly the RSV4 is one of the best bikes I’ve ever ridden, I prefer it to the Panigale in some ways, including the sound!, never went for an Austin Racing system on mine, they are a bit too loud!, it did have the benefit of coming with a full Akra system when I bought it though!.

  11. I do tend to use it in my bike, not for the added octane as it runs fine on 95 but because it apparently burns cleaner and there’s a Shell station 2 minutes away from me where it usually gets filled up.
  12. One thing I've noticed about having a Ducati is random people who arn't on bikes come up and want to talk about it and have seen people taking pictures of it when I've parked it outside the gym, I guess it was a bit rare last year as it was a new model although its happenned recently too, but it has just struck me as odd that there seems to be this kind of reverence for Ducatis, as great as my bike is and as much as I like it, it's not any better than the competition.
  13. I’ve owned a 2004 which I just didn’t get in with at all, a 98 which was amazing and I regret selling it, I’ve also ridden a 2016 one which was a phenomenal bike, every bit as good as the competition.
  14. I bought an RSV4 unseen a few years ago, dealership was very helpful and it ended up being a great bike, if they’re reputable I’d not be very concerned about doing it.
  15. Thank God for Harley riders, they make Ducati riders look friendly . To be fair I think it’s a small number of riders of both marques that give them a negative perception.
  16. Are ships that big conventionally diesel powered or diesel/electric?, not from the pollution aspect or anything just interested to know. Also arnt some of the bigger aircraft carriers the US have nuclear powered?, that does seem a very good power source for something that huge but I’d guess completely banned on civilian ships for obvious reasons.
  17. I’ve always felt uneasy about repairing/plugging bike tyres, so have usually done a temporary repair and gotten a new tyre instead, last one was a screw through the rear tyre in the middle section of a supercorsa with 500 miles on, I was not happy!.
  18. I’ve never thought GSXRs were the prettiest bikes to be honest but they are great to ride!, done a few track days on a hired GSXR 600 and have loved them!. I sometimes feel a bit indifferent towards my bike at the moment but I think it’s more to do with not having enough time to enjoy it than not liking the bike.
  19. You want to buy a Mitsubishi air conditioner? https://www.orionairsales.co.uk/mitsubishi-heavy-industrial-air-conditioning-srk35zsp--w-wall-heat-pump-35kw12000btu-r32-240v50hz-11233-p.asp?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIsK_7v4Hm4gIV8QDTCh2FaghxEAQYAiABEgLF5vD_BwE
  20. I've had an RSV4, they're amazing bikes, great engine, even better chassis and handling, one of the best sportsbikes ever built, saying that, the 2015+ R1 is very good too.
  21. Congrats, enjoy the new bike!.
  22. I’d considered them, as I love the Aprilia RS250, but way too much money and need a lot of looking after too I think I love the RS250 too and the NSR, both getting very expensive now but would be a good investment I guess, and they’re amazing to ride. Saying that 400s are great too, I have very fond memories of my NC35, can’t believe it’s almost 20 years ago that I got it!. If you’re looking at 600s, for your budget my pick would probably be an early CBR600RR.
  23. What about a 250 2 stroke .
  24. There’s always the Tuono, they’re a fantastic bike, I still miss my RSV4 now!.
  25. I was watching one of his videos on a VFR last night. Very good. Would love a 2018 VFR 800 in Red. - If you squint it looks a bit like a Panagale Speaking from personal experience, they're much better for commuting than a Panigale too .
