you got £2499 spare? Only £2399... Sorry old chum
-
Well at least the petrol will have degreased the whole engine for you... You know what doesn't leak petrol... My Yamaha... Go buy one, the early models can be had for £2500 and 20-30k mileage

Why the change? I suppose it was fairly pointless... Not many here can lay claim to being "adult" And people seemed to be getting bored of posting up pictures of naked people I suppose! The best invention I've seen on a forum is the "Bitch thread" where people go to settle disputes without fear of being banned. It stops people from trying to be clever (and failing) with their subtle jibes, and you can just point a finger, call their mrs a land whale (or similar insult), and at least that way they never talk to you again

How so NeilM ? what happened I bet he got with a lovely Turkish lady, then found out they had a lovely *surprise* in between their legs That seems to keep men away from ever going somewhere again.

You've got a good camera for the job, I had the old 350D Not actually that good with low light if I remember right, so a flash will do really well with one of these. Will be reading this thread to see what gets done.

Nowt wrong with them seeing your tinkywinky

Never mind that, the header area on that bike and the studs look fooking brand spankers! Quality is in the detail with this bike!

I've noticed this... There's large groups of people who just seem bitter online, who spend their time commenting on idiot driving and stuff like that. And some use it as a platform to spout whatever high horse or silly thing that will earn them maximum likes. It's why I sometimes see facebook as being like a prison for some of these people. Online they could be seen as well liked, educated and admired. In the real world, not a lot is going on... I've always endeavoured that my real life have more going on than my online life. Big german car drivers who go around like arses have to suffer being themselves anyway. My old man is a BMW guy, never misses an indication, sits in the left lane when he's not overtaking. But he's content with life. So I imagine the ar*e hole driver variety are compensating for something... Finally I have a drift camera, but it caused no end of problems. I'm used to people yelling at me in London, usually when I beep them for moving over on me and I get a lecture about how it's my fault as I was in their blind spot or something along those lines. When I pointed at the camera, this has sent some drivers off the rails They don't like being told they did something wrong so they've shouted, then they see I've recorded both the incident, and their rambling that is ultimately a lie. And something just snaps. They realise it can't get any better so they make it biblically worse, and I had a van attempt to run me off the road. No more camera

Yelling at someone, then revving at them, then holding them up to rev at them when they're in a 2 ton vehicle and have shown they're already inconsiderate of others... Smart move. The BMW was in the wrong, but this guy put himself in front of the locked and loaded gun.

Un-be-f**king-lievable! I could argue the toss but this is an absolute blinder! Hats off dear chum, hats off. Inspired by the shawshank redemption I think I don't want to ban him as such for life for reasons previously mentioned. His joy seems to be in high powered, fast cars. Simple option is to take away his chances of ever owning/renting one again, while still allowing him the functional usage of one. Which is why I suggest a 1 litre, or 75BHP cap. I get the thinking obviously, and revenge will seem adequate when delivered hard and harshly. But I prefer to let it take its time rather than just deliver it on a plate in one go. He will get used to having the train, some people go their whole lives without buying a car. Rather, let him have access to a little car... Firstly he will realise every year of road tax, and every drop of fuel that's taxed is an expenditure he will have to pay on something he hates. He will have a taste of what he once had but a low powered shell of it, and he'll not be able to do a damn thing about it... It's probably as bad as owning a Chinese bike. But he can't do anything about it, as it was his mistake that got him there. But no one likes the long game I suspect people would rather superglue his hands and feet together and push him into 18 inches of water mind

True, but a lot of variables there. If he confessed and seemed remorseful, I can imagine *someone* would still have him. Or he could just lie about why he can't drive anything bigger than a 1 litre. But yes! Hopefully by the time he's out, you wouldn't know a fart from a yawn with this guy

In my view he should be marched off a cliff, with copious amounts of popcorn for the family of the deceased. That's my actual view point. But as it's not allowed I accept there is no right way of handling this for everyone. Or at least do a good few more years hard jail time. What I suggest is more realistic in what can work in the world, not what *should*. One thing I strongly disagree with there is saying his family should all get the train if he should have kids later in life. Now we're punishing the family for his wrongs. And at that point, karma isn't being the bitch there. It doesn't get any better when you note that we would be intentionally doing this to them, whereas his was unintentional. Even though his acts are far worse, you don't correct anything by punishing those around him as well. Prison has taken away his employability, and my idea would then strip him of his greatest joy if life. So the big question is, you've taken this mans employability, and his greatest joy. Why go further?

"Enough of a twat" is a key term there. As enough of a twat could ride a ped into a pedestrian, it happened near to where I live and killed an elderly man. And another killed himself riding like a twat. Swap out the high powered car for a 1 litre peugeot 108. It won't handle, accelerate, or crash into things with the same effect. It weights half as much so it likely wouldn't have torn the victims car in half, and it can't accelerate as well so it's unlikely he could have been doing 80. But he can still use motorways to get to work, and therefore he has no excuse to moan about anything. Everyone will have different lines that need to be crossed. Some would see just his speeding as enough to ban him for life. So I'd argue there has to be a compromise. He lived, his victim didn't. No punishment will be universally accepted as there's so many views. As you can't kill him, you've got to make him useful instead is my thought. Plus if, heaven forbid he ever breed, he'd need a car as a ped would not be suitable.

I reckon 6 years, but a real 6 years... Not out in 3. Problem now is, I want him to have a life long driving ban. But most people need cars to get to work or to work full stop. So he would likely become another benefit scrounger due to not being able to drive. So do we take away his quality of life by banning him from driving indefinitely, with the compromise being we then pay for him to get by. Or do we allow him to drive again, knowing that he could be of some use to society? In all honesty, I'd want a new type of ban to be enforced on some of these drivers. No car beyond a certain power output... He can drive a 1-1.5 litre for the rest of his life. You give a family a life sentence, you can lose a major part of your quality of life. That would fit the bill to me!

I hear it's a place you don't want to do cheap, but don't have to spend a lot to have it good I'm more of a go and do something person. But I have a major hard on for going to theme parks... Can't really afford California at the moment so Florida it is! I'm going for the third successive year, mainly as the 1st time was fairly crap, the 2nd time was great, so this time I plan on blowing the roof off

Choke on, hold the starter down for a few seconds, then twist the throttle more than half way with the starter still spinning, give it two seconds tops and if it doesn't start just return the throttle to closed and hold the starter down for another few seconds. Do this for about 30 seconds and see what happens. Some newbies tend to think a bike will start right on the button. But some 2-strokes require coaxing into life. It took me about 20-30 seconds to get my RS125 started every morning, alternating throttle as I did... And sometimes it kicked into life after you let go of the starter.

Yikes She's shown you're better without though Being on the receiving end of someone having enough is rough. But better in the long run if you're level headed! If you'd called time on it, there was a bigger chance of her self-destructive nature being aimed at you. So onwards and upwards

I do believe it in... It's actually people I have shakey faith in. You get two sorts of people I notice, those who get married and want to slow down, and those who see it as a new beginning for something bigger. Both are valid ways of thinking, but when one or the other changes direction, it seems to send things downhill quite quickly. I wonder how I will change!

My charming lady friend has given me one, 3 weeks prior to an operation that will leave me feeling like shite as well. Seems something is going around! Best option, keep drinking water, have a beer or a glass of wine with an evening meal as it thins the blood and makes you more relaxed so you get a more restful night sleep, keep up with eating meals, a bit of light exercise and you will motor through it quicker. The faster you can make your metabolism, the better.

When you say 1st? Which are you on now? Marriage makes no sense to me in some regards. So many people pretend it changes nothing, then when these people break up many become bitter and angry proving otherwise. Similar to this, people make plans for life prior to marriage, then something changes and they don't feel they need to after. It's an age old joke, a man will become fat and secluded to his chair in front of the TV even if he was fit and active before! For something that is just a piece of paper, it seems to do something to people

The damage you posted is minuscule so don't worry about that firstly. Secondly, you're a new rider, and most new riders fall off, especially off little bikes on skinny tyres that don't offer that much grip anyway. Happens all the time so don't worry. Keep practising, and worry when you've done it a few more times

Separation after 1 year? Was it not a fixable problem at all? Marriages shouldn't be given up on without careful consideration is all I'm thinking. If you were just disconnecting then fair enough but if there were issues, they can always be fixed... Unless one of you is a bit of a psycho Oh well, at least life is on the up. But given you got together with this girl quite quick after a previous marriage, you should consider keeping things non serious for a while.

26 eh... I could wind this guy up something rotten. The best option is... Swap the reg plates over, and have his bike. Then yours will be faster. That way when he next says it just say "every time he says this his bike gets a little bit slower than it was and mine faster". So long as they are identical!

Simple reply... "You're full license holder on a 125... That's like bragging you won at the special Olympics because you're able... What kind of sick twisted c**t are you?" Go a bit dark on him. Or just say "Yep, he's the one with the full license and the same bike" *Waggle pinky finger so he knows he's compensating for something".

Police identified Jihadi John as a London based computer programmer. Police suspect he may have been trying to recruit others to his cause earlier through use of an app he made for smartphones: "Angry Kurds"
