Sounds like you are suffering worse than me!
Is everyone else all clear?
At the moment yes.
Just passed a lateral flow, so in theory if another 1 is clear tomorrow I can end isolation.
But to be honest I still feel a bit badly.
It doesn't help that I can't stay awake....lol

Bugger! Hope all is OK mate!
Ish.....lol
Can take another lateral flow tomorrow morning, then again Tuesday to see if my isolation can end.
But to be honest I'm a bit shite. Knackered walking up stairs in house....lol
Been in attic room since Tuesday....

Good to see you around, @NeilM. Been wondering where you'd been.
Seems like half the world has covid right now. Get well soon, mate.
Cheers Geoff.
Had a little PTSD issue. So needed to not be getting into online arguing and stuff...lol
A lot better than I was now though.
Covid a little annoying to say the least. I've avoided it all this time and worked the entire pandemic. Been boosted etc.
Stuck in the attic room watching Netflix and doing crosswords.
Could be a hell of a lot worse.

hi, I need some help and advice, I wouldn’t say I failed my cbt I had to stop it as my nerves and anxiety got to much for me last month when I had my cbt, I felt like i was all tensed thru out the whole day, and then the road bit came and I just couldn’t go on the road so I had to stop it, but I now have a 1 on 1 on the 1st of next month I would say I’m still nervous but any advice and tips? I’m 35 and feel so silly tbh but I have always wanted a bik.. any help would be much appreciated:-)
Nowt to feel silly about.
Clear and calm head will sort all the riding tense issues.
Practice deep breathing exercises before the road section and be careful what you eat and drink.

Midnight here and the bar is closed. 4 pints in only and still have 2 hours before I can check in. And I was dry for 5 months! Now reduced to coffee from a machine. Bleah.
Good stuff.
Welcome home

Fair play mate.
I'd definitely try the alterations route. A half decent seamstress should be able to sort something.
Best of luck with it. My nan had bowel cancer when I was a kid.

Hi and welcome to the forum
My wife was similar with the new bike I have got. She was a bit nervous for some reason but once out on the bike a lot of it was just overthinking it.
Maybe speak to the other half about it and tell him to take it steady
Trace falls asleep on her arm chair....
Lisa uses the punching method.....
