    hello and welcome to TMBF say hello in the newbies section It's a 2 stroke right? could be almost anything! first things I'd do is change the plug, maybe for a hotter rated one. and make sure there was enough 2 stroke oil getting through.

    I'm struggling to understand the problem! what do you mean by drop? you shouldn't be trying to get into first till you've virtually stopped! and you certainly shouldn't be "dropping" the clutch once you've done it!

    well this is a wild guess but I'd say there should be 2 screws on the carb! 1 for idle speed 1 for mixture I think you've turned the wrong screw! put it back where it was and start again!
