  1. just because everything works with a new, fully charged battery does not rule the reg/rec out as the cause! you need to measure what's going on with the engine running! if the reg/rec or the alternator are at fault you will kill a new battery fairly quickly!

    Oil Question

    the oil tank will have a max and min line on it. fill to max. check it often. when it gets near min, top it up. if you can't see the marks just nearly fill it. make sure you put the correct oil in it!
  6. houltmac! the cafe you mean is called quatt cafe. there's a mention of it in the midland's section. which is where this should be really!

  14. it does sound like carb icing! i've never heard of a 125 doing it before but it's possible.
  15. I can't open the links from work! The thing with helmets is that they have to fit properly I think I would shy away from buying 1 from Argos. Specific bike boots would be better but your choice at the end of the day. Depends on what sort of bike and what sort of riding/mileage you'll be doing as well I suppose.
