most of your braking should be done with the front. don't dab! squeeze gently, then harder once brakes are on then gently ease off just before you stop. ideally you should be able to adjust your speed for corners, on the open road, without braking at all!, slow in fast out and all that I do use my back brake but mainly for balance or control.

my kill switch stuck once! looked like it was on run but wasn't! worth a try! also side stand switch, although i don't think it would turn over if it was that.

I ride with the balls of my feet on the pegs in town, on A roads and when making progress On motorways etc i put my feet wherever feels most comfortable at the time -
just pick a date, stick a new thread up, the more notice the better! Then see if you get any interest This is a busy time of the year! lots already going on, but you never know.

I'm having a BBQ and drinks have 1 spare room with double bed, lots of floor space, can get a few tents in garden. I will have sausages and burgers, if you want anything else you bring it This will have to be limited numbers! anyone wants to come please express interest below no ride outs planned but I'm close to wales and other good roads

so the holes are around the join between the downpipes and the can? The clip idea might work! gumgum paste might even work temporarily! if you've got a good welder, who's prepared to try he may be able to codge a reasonable repair! At the end of the day, be it now or in a few months, it's time to get your wallet out!

because if it's rotted enough for a hole to appear the whole area will be rotten inside and you won't be able to find any good metal to weld to. This means that if/when you try to weld you will ,in fact, end up making the hole bigger. sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you'll be very lucky to get away with it. even if it can be welded it won't last long. new, after market, stainless down pipes aren't really that expensive! I think I paid about £200 for the blade.

there is a slim!, very slim!, possibility that it can be welded. but realistically, you're looking at having to buy new parts.

Susie and I are going! We will be pushed for time so our route will have to be as follows: 0930/1000 depart telford, A5, A38 through Derby, M1, M18, M180, A15, A163. we'll go straight to willy woods. anyone wanting to meet up /ride together let me know, but there's no time for sightseeing etc

under seat is too easy to get at! how about under tank? The harder it is for you to fit, the harder it will be for some scrote to rip it off!
