[mention]SpeedyShane[/mention] Nah it'll polish out with a bit of Tcut. Seriously glad you are in one piece, bruised but OKish. Expensive lesson to learn but you have learned it and survived. I was out on Sunday and some of the roads were terrible with mud and stuff wash over them from the recent heavy rains. Hope you heal fast and the bike repairs will not break the bank.

Then he will be using the schools bikes, not his own. -
Well the petrol got to be right if it works with me sucking the vacuum but I'm not sure if the vacuum is in right place but was only thing I could see which had no pipe on and was sucking when trying to start and is by the intake manifold and no I have not changed the fuel tap That's where the vaccum pipe for the petrol tap goes then.

RAM mounts are the most flexible but can be expensive, and their generic mobile waterproof phone holders do not let the touch screens work. Dedicated bike satnavs usually come with a RAM kit but are expensive. Start with the phone / satnav and look for handle bar mount kits for it. Check the sites listed above by Mike onesea and Mr W for good value stuff.

As it has been stood for a while you could also try adding REDEX to the fuel to clear things out. Get the one for CARBS as opposed to injector cleaner. Its available on.

How long was it on its side? Could the battery electrolyte have leaked out, check the level.

On the GPX the front would "wobble " when the rear needed air. Used to run it slightly higher than book. Handled better.

Pinlocks did not have this at first, but latter one have the notice. I have emailed pinlock about this and the first time the reply was no problems, when i pointed out the note the second time it was Oh we have to put that on now as there is some light loss. I appears to be a sop to the litigation fraternity to stop suing them in the case of accidents. Ana as Rae says in some instances it can cause halos etc. It can be worse if you wear glasses as well as the light refracts through multiple surfaces.
