I'm pretty sure you can use either. But what I do know is spending a bit more on a chain & sprockets is worth it. And spending more on it helped me take better care of if Renthal sprockets and either a DID or Tsubaki chain

Good luck! I think you get a lot more instruction on how to do the manoeuvres on a bigger bike so it seems easier -

it would be a problem if it was showing 0 Yes the engine idling is still running so will register an RPM as the engine is turning over. As beefy said 1500 is within the normal limits but as long as it doesn't sound stupidly loud or fast it'll be fine. Also you may get slight fluctuations depending on temperature - when you first start it I imagine it will idle slightly higher than after you've been riding it a while.

Sidecar racing is insane. And I've only ever seen short circuit stuff in the flesh. I don't think I'd fancy not seeing where I was going at 140+ mph
