Hiya, I've moved this over to the pitstop section as this is where we keep our smart people According to wikipedia restricted they should get to about 30mph and unrestricted about 55mph which almost ties up with what you said.. why did it need the restrictor to pass?

Go to some shops and try some on, buying helmets without trying them on isn't a great idea unless you're buying like for like and know it will fit
