  1. ..so a 360? Nah, stopped after 90, he came shooting across the front of me over other side of the mini roundabout, I did the second 90 and followed him back down the road. He looked sheepish for all of 1/2 a second, he knew I'd saved us both a nasty smash, but then the attitude kicked back in and he went back to his gangsta rap and dont give a shit mode, innit. but you were planning on doing 360 if you were going to go all the way round.. 180 is straight on
  2. bloody cyclists
  3. ..so a 360?
  4. ugh Rossi fell off all by himself
  5. I've been on a course, totally recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it!
  6. yeah Honda have released an official statement with the family. Gutted. he was such a great character in the paddock
  7. wow... you couldn't have been more wrong if you tried I stuck a cheeky bet on Pedrosa and Zarco getting podiums... and I have Vinales in the fantasy league... so fantastic race all round for me
  8. also whilst expensive - I've found gloves with gortex are worth the money in the winter!

  10. I seem to recall at least one was in the wet
  11. Well Cockercas doesn't ride on the roads anymore at all so you won't be finding him
  12. There's free practise tests online or you can buy an app for a few quid. Once you've done a few and realised you need to click a few times on each hazard (mainly as you will probably see if before the computer decides you could have seen it...) it's easy peasy
  13. hello and welcome and congrats and good luck and keep us updated
  14. Is either the gear lever or kickstand twisted? Are they both properly tightened (I had a gear change issue because the footpeg had worked itself loose!)
  15. You're South coast? May be worth dropping Megawatt a PM and seeing if he can help.. chains are his favourite thing
  16. Yeah it's a brain injury as well... I am worried
  17. To be fair the chain is the expensive part so it's not much more painful buying the sprockets too. Just bought a Tsubaki chain and Renthal sprockets for mine
  18. hahaha it took me a while to get this
  19. top stuff. real learning starts here! staff safe and keep it shiny side up
  20. Was it me? Hoggs has a pair of cheap over trousers that she wear and rates then highly Because I recommend them frequently! I think you can get ex-police ones that are non-camo if you're a fussypots £12 off ebay... there is a small patch on my right knee that's started letting water in in torrential downpours.. but I have another pair so maybe I should swap over
  21. We only say this to make the fallee feel better Fell off the 125 about 8 months after my CBT, wet road.. traffic lights changed... grabbed all the front brake ended up on my side. Lept up and apologised the the actually concerned drivers who had come to help found out later I'd broken my foot and toe. Then I fell off about 14 months after doing my DAS when I braked on black ice. Luckily I was only doing about 5mph so no damage to me and only a smashed indicator (although the bulb was fine!) and a few more scratches to add to the collection (and this is why I didn't buy a mint condition bike as my first one )
