Read an interesting forecast yesterday by one of the think tank groups. People who think we should stay in aren't as passionate about it as people who want out. So when it comes to voting day, a larger portion of the voters that wish to stay in Europe, won't go out of their way to vote. Where the out crowd, due to their strong views on the subject will make the effort.
