    I shall try and make it! Ill let you know nearer the time, also there's some roadworks a few turns before the pub so keep your eye out. It's signed it's coming up but the lights do appear on a bend.

    You wont need to redo a CBT,however if you plan on going to A2 at 19 then doing an A1 is totally pointless in my opinion.

    Stupid question incoming, which I'll sneak in here so less people see my stupid. I've always assumed the front and rear brakes separate? So If I want to bleed the rear whatever I do won't affect the front (on my non-linked braked bike) this is correct yes? What you're talking about just applies to your fancy bikes with mad braking systems?

    I had an S6 that over heated to the point the charging port started to burn and smoke. Soon as I told Samsung this I got a brand new one delivered without fuss I'm exchange for the old on, the phone was about 18 months old too. Soon as you mention fire and risk of burning your house down they wont argue

    I'd say quite accurate really.

    I did weight training for about 18 months in my younger days, I found most supplements mostly did nothing at all. Apart from Protein powder and some pre-workout stuff that was probably illegal and made your chest feel like it was going to explode. Probably not the best thing when you've just had heart problems! I'd just get some protein for the recovery and let your body do the rest, you'll get your endurance back quick enough .

    I'd probably change the tyres as a matter of caution, they might look OK but if it's been sat for that long they could be buggered and it's not a risk you wanna take. Breaks may have rusted/seized over that time so worth checking them too.

    I would never ride without a full face lid, here's a little info-graph I quite like which shows the likely-hood of impact zones on your head in an accident.     What's really surprising is that the same manufacturers 16mm chain faired better against a grinder than its 19mm chain!

    Thanks for that, I should be able to give it a good go know. So where the adjustments for the standard are saying 'from fully turned in' I just fully tighten the said screw/nut and back it off again to the desired settings. Then I go from there ?
