  3. Your looking at the wrong manual for your bike, the one you are looking at is the GSXR 89-92, yours is the GSXR 93-98, it doesn't state to do that in that manual
  4. The seal bowl can be re-used just take any sealer off it with a clean, have a look at your jets , and float height, if not sure come back to the forum but it should all be self explanatory in the manual

  8. Hi Fro, its just one of those measuring things that;s sometimes gives you a peak of voltage flow and holds it,when testing CDI ,ICU and that the coils are getting the voltage from the ecu and holding it in the capacitor, not a great many times from the manual ,but worth it when you havent got one, have a look at Peak Voltage Meters, and the write up's about them
  9. Hi, as you can tell this differs from the Suzuki gz125, if you look at the front brake disc, its on the other side from the real one, the forks therefore are different , but if you have a look at this it could help, but be careful about the front and rear sprocket, I think the front could be different on the splines than the real one, give these a call they might have the HS ones http://www.brooksbarn.co.uk/GZ125HS_B24BRM.aspx
  10. Looks like your on the right course, there's something Sherlock Holmes said about eliminating the impossible and whatever left is the possible, or something like that
  11. Parts arrived for the PVA, 10 N O Pushbuttons,10 Capacitors, and 20 diodes all for £7, the Plastic box cost £6, you will need a good multimeter capable of 10Mohms minimum, can pick up a multi ranger for £11 60Mohms,should work out about £7 per PVA

  20. Hi CW you need to put your battery on charge for a good 24 hours, if your only doing short trips the battery will run down sooner, if its not charging on the bike that could be a stator/reg problem , just use your multimeter and test the battery volts once its on the bike and the bike is running
