Really easy bikes to work on too

It's a shame there's no one who lives close to you, they could have sorted that for a pint

Yeh Stu is spot on ,Electronic choke https://www.robogoalkatreszek.hu/en/derbi/derbi-senda-125-sm-drd-racing-e3-4t-2009-vthdr2a1a/carburetor/electric-choke-device-cm142913 https://www.motorcyclespareparts.eu/en/derbi-parts/2013-senda-125-sm-drd-motard-motorcycles/carburettor Not sure that this one fits yours though

Certainly looks like a TPS, its a Potentiometer to measure the position of the butterfly in the venturi, was that already on the carb when you got it or did you transfer it
-
Hi Glen not knowing the bike , but I think what you see there is a Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Should have at least 3 Wires going to it, do you have a Workshop Manual or at least a Wiring Diagram for the bike?, Do you have a picture
-
Hi Glen , bit of confusion here matey, is your bike Carbed (which I'm sure it is) so dont know about Injectors , do you mean jets , and do you have a spark at the plug
-
-
Have you tried unplugging the MAP sensor , ( for start up purposes only) to see if it settles. But dont touch the Throttle

Yeh could be that the PCB board within the clock is looking for 12v, just a matter of finding where the voltage drop is, I'd check along the splices of the Data Alarm
-
Did you disturb any part of the Idle Control Unit (Wax Unit)
-
I think you mean the White /Green wire also did you check the White/Black wire for 12v with the ignition on,and the Green/Black wire for continuity to ground .Check for loose/Bad connections .Could also be a problem with the Alarm connection, did you have the Data Alarm put on, I'd take it off ,the HISS works just fine

Think you'll have to take the cover off to look at the kick start mechanism.
-
AS all above , but pop your spark plugs out to see what colour they are , that is Black sooted or White

No spark Honda CG125

He's probably electrocuted himself with a massive blue spark at the plug ! I still don't understand why he couldn't see that wonky base plate . Like all proper Mechanics he never saw what was right in front of him, and came here for us shady tree mechanics help -
Nice one, I have the Oxford Illustrated set IMG_0069.JPG And a few Haynes manuals! Yeh love Honda's too, buy the hardbacks for those, but have about 400 to 500 on my hard drive of various bikes from 1930's to present day (even Chinese)

Love Dickens ,that's why I chose Mr Pickwick as my on line name, I have the full collection of his works, Gammon was also the name of one of Miss Flite's birds in Bleak House
