We bought one off Currys as I had got 1 or 2 off eBay and they was shite .so one we have now is front and back as said on here there some crazy stuff up front and behind .. we went for one.that was on offer at the time we paid £50 for it . I was £110. Reason for a rear one was we seen on TV a driving school car had stopped at lights and this nob on a push bike just crashed in to the back of the learner .in the footage he was.looking at his feet . The the nob gets up off the road and.starts ranting at the driving instructor saying he reversed in to him the driving instructor pointed to the back window and said its all on camera the nob shut up got on his bike and rode off ..leaving the learner shaken up and the back the car damaged .. so front and back is best lol

Ok once done that what happenes now ???

One point.. don't tell your insurance company.you have dash cam .. because they will demand the footage off you if your in a bump if it's your fault.. Then they will find a.way out NOT paying out the claim (as it cost them money and no garrenteed you will stay with them over the next.5.years to get there money back off you ) Once they refuse to pay out the other drivers insurance.company will sue you And it could mean them reposesing your house.. if its not your fault then you can use it to your advantage .. but if you don't give them the footage and its your fault then they could cancelle the pay out.. So dash cams mmm good or bad ..

Insurance company's just pay out and don't ask or check ???????? .. The only things insurance company's want to know ... is have you paid ...can they get out of paying out .... was it your fault..how much can we screw you out off over the next 5 years .. And the small drawing on the back of the insurance form ... the claims person don't have all day to read the form they look at the drawing front send.smash your fault ..rear end smash not your fault so on then they they go to different ppl who then read what happend ... if it's your fault THEY WILL CONTACT YOU if it's not your fault THEY WILL CONTACT YOU.. as insurance company's WANT TO MAKE MONEY they don't pay out very easy if they can help it ..... If your insurance company paid out and didnt contact you then I suggest they did you did not reply so they paid out .. also you have 3 years to challenge any claim or make a claim ... Insurance company's just paying out with out checking .. ha ha .. you couldn't make that joke on April's 1st ...

Hi all just a wee heads up . When you take kids to the hospital or doctors .you need to watch what you say to them . As if you piss them off they call ....social service SCUM .... about 5 years ago my oldest had a nose bleed ( she got a weak vain in her nose so she sneezes it brakes an pisses out with blood only 4 months ago had it sorted they burned it closed ) so i had a call off the school that her nose been gushing with blood for last 30mins .for me to collect her and take her to the hospital. So I did went to my local A&E now her nose had been constant bleeding for about 50mins goes in to the A&E the blood is all down the front of her the towel is dripping with blood and she10 years old .. Ok take a seat ??????????WTF apart from the blood her face is white /pale looking and she feeling sleepy.. so told to sit down .doctor see you asap . Ok 3 or 4 mins later they call this guy in .I asked the nurse when she been seen I'm covered in blood and so is my girl . We have an hour waiting.list WTF I said are you shitting me .. she says no there other ppl waiting . I just picked up my girl and told them to f**k right off if they think I'm staying here for hour.. gets in the car goes to the hospital in Cardiff which is 15 mins away gets there .. seen with in 2 mins her nose still bleeding.. they stoped it and we was back home with in 30mins of arriving . Hour later the social services SCUM arrived we had to jump thro hoops for weeks because them and the hospital called them as I had left .. never mind checking I booked in to another hospital and had it fixed ..

Iv got dash cam in my car front and back .also in have headlight cam on my motor bike and on.my chin of my helmet . I certainly send my footage to the cops of the area im. in as i look at it !! If i was on my bike now would that dangerous driver hit me off !!! I don't send every bit I recorded only what I see is a completely NO ... That is every one using a mobile phone while driving or at traffic lights .. (I have seen and reported one woman who was on Facebook at the time of driving ) that was the finale straw for me . If not sent any of dangerous over taken. jumping light . It's just phone use so far . As last week 4 ppl died due to ppl using there phones at the wheel. . I'm all for a life time ban from driving if caught using phone at the wheel.. If you say no that bit harsh .. well what if it was your son or daughter that was killed just because a someone wanted send a monkey face ...... then tell me.what you think .... If some one uses a mobile phone while driving and don't know ppl DIE because it then they don't deserve to drive our roads . SAME WITH DRUNKS an DRUGGYS ..

Hi . Yes I hope they find some thing as the mud guard was gloss looking to start with so when I finished it was 10 times more shiny that in started. I was what the hell ??? I thought I picked up the wrong tin then they was all the same what's going on??? . So its all sanded down just waiting for the storm to sod off then painting time ..

Well my nob of the day is to a young guy is say late 20s driving a souped up red car last Sunday. While on his phone . With me riding along side him on the motorway with the Mrs filming him on his phone in his right hand with his elbow resting on the car window ledge .. looking str8 at my wife with a what I called the most stupidest look ??????????? WHAT IS SHE DOING ???????WHY IS SHE FILIMING ME WHLIE I'M ON MY PHONE DOING 70MPH in the middle lane ??????? I don't under stand ... Well I can say on Monday we had an email off the police in that area saying they are going to prosecute him and thank you for for the footage ... so I can say one day this week or 100%next.week a fine of £200 and 6 points for his licence will be landing on his lap ... god it felt good .....

This paint is for metal and plastic . The mud guard is plastic So is the side panels so is the back section there was 4 parts painted was plastic and one part metal (tank ) the side panals .back section .and the tank are all a matt colour the mudgaurd is plastic and was painted the same time . Same.cans as the other items has turned out gloss looking ?? So I taken the tins back as the label on the cans is printed on to the cans not a paper label same with the lacquer its printed on to the can .. They looked at the mud guard and.both side panels and said NOT A RUDDY CLUE ???? .so I got 2 new tins some wet and dry to repaint the mud guard.. just need a dry day .. And the company is going to call me back once they checked the tins to see if they messed up or what ever is wrong with the paint .

Hi yes it's the same as I bought them from thensame shop . They are rattle cans . I'm thinking its a mix up with the labels As its the only thing I can think off . I had to ask as in case there was some thing I was doing wrong.. I'm taken the empty cans and the mud guard to show them as I'm not buying more cans because there mix up . Thanks

Hi yes one primer for the plastics and then one for the tank ( should have added that ) I sprayed them all at the same.time so its all in the same day .but why have they gone different.

Over the last few weeks iv been doing some wee jobs on my bike so I decided to spruce up the paint work/plastics . So I stripped all the old stickers off sanded the lot down to a nice smooth finish . Filled all the dents. scratches . Chips . In . Then used the orange primer which you almost sand all it off .. So I buys 4 cans of the same colour .. Satin black.. So paints the side plastics ..back plastics .tank . And front mud guard .. after 4 coats 24 hour gaps to dry outright. Then puts the lacuer on the lot .. to me it's fantastic as its better than it was and I'm well chuffed . Till I put all the bits back on to the bike . Mud guard last ..... it's all shiny I mean I can almost.See my face .. yet all the other parts are a Matt look All parts had the same amount of work on them and paint as I warmed up the paint so it goes on thiner which you can do more layers . My 4 layers is like 8 or 10 normal layers . Same with the lacuer .. yet one is all shiny.. Any one help me as i re.do.all other parts or do the mugguard again which iv done.3.times now . Each time back.to the start and doing it all.again yet still shiny .. HELP HELP. going.nuts now lol.

Similar thing happened to my wife . She stopped I'm a traffic Q and the VW T4 van drives in to her .just as she was about to pull away .so the car had a whack from behind and shoved forward by the van and her pulling off her foot slipped off the clutch and it stalled to a stop with the VW van still touching her car . The guy gets out (she's on her own and she 5ft 6 )this guy she said was over 6ft and walked up to her car banged on her window and told her move as there no damage and hes in a hurry. She got out and told him to move his van back while taken photos of the bump and him . Also the vans reg as he would not.give his details . So ended up him driving off .we went to the police . Sorry that reg don't exist ???????? It's on the van showed them the photos (which we printed out) also the insurance called us as we was in the cop shop Sorry that reg is not insured .just then a copper came over (as i was getting a bit.pissed now) as the cop at the desk was asking for all her details for.them to check NOT HIM so this copper recognized the van as he stopped him a few days early driving this van with personal plates he told.the cop that they not been updated (DVLA) and shows him his real reg and insurance . So now we had a name and reg .as my wife had whiplash all the back of her neck was.all bruised due to her being forced back from the bump... But as the car didn't looked damaged the insurance won't pay up as no damage no injury 3 years later still won't pay up times up for the claim time 3 years max . The guy didn't get done for driving with out reg plates leaving scean accident . Failing to report an accident nothing at.all .

Yea it's to do with horse shite being chewed up grass this is why ppl put it on there gardens .. but I agree with you they need to pick it up or move it off the road . You got a nose bag for the horse why can't they get.an arse bag or nappy ..

Well went out for a ride today and gets back home parked the buke up . Went back out to the garage 3 hours later to cover the bike over .... back tyer flat there is a big nail in the back tyer .Its gone in at a weird angle and its two holes . .. so I need to taken the wheel off and get the new tyer .. just a good thing its not a new tyer. .

Thanks a lot guys /girls .. I do lot motorways as the Mrs don't.like me riding bendy roads as she says I go too fast . (Yet she been riding her new bike a few times ..not passed her test.yet ... And she loves doing the bendy roads ) cant win lol so its motorways .unless it me and my bro in law out for a blast ... So 5 to 6K is good I'll try the Michelin pilot ones next and I'll compare the miles . As again it be motorways and 2.up . Till she passes hers Thanks. This forum is fab for help and advice ..

Hi every one . Here's a question to the seasoned riders . Last year I had a new BT21 battlax tyer put on my bike (CB750FN2).. so now iv checked it and its almost touching the small MAX death tread . And it's starting to go flat on the crest of the tyer . Its done 6500 miles mostly on motorway an two up .so I say 4K motorway two up .. so is that good for a back tyer on a 750 ... the tyer are sports /tourers . If anyone can let me know if there is a better tyer I'll happy to try. Thanks
