And how much faster do today's riders lap the same circuits?

It'll shift the CofG, and allow cool air to access your groin which is not always a good thing.

Change the plug cap, sounds like the insulation is damaged

They could give you a FULL refund! M&S did when they sold reclining armchairs at 50p each -
Hello Dale. I'm from Faversham, but moved here 2 years ago. Try Kent Motorcycles on the A2 south on Weds evenings. Lots of bikes there when the weather's good.

So it's a little piece of wire attached to a Scotchlok connector? If everything electrical works on the bike as you would expect it to, I'd be inclined to just throw it in the bin and forget you ever saw it. After all, there's no guarantee it even came off your bike!

What is the biggest hazard on the road as a biker?
Bogof replied to Glorian's topic in Motorbike Chat
Arrogance, and a total belief that if you have a collision or even an incident, that it is automatically the other parties fault. Whether it's another road user, a horse rider, or a lorry driver dropping diesel, if the motorcyclist acts or reacts differently RTCs are usually avoidable, and rarely inevitable. -

Less likely to happen if you're on a bike, but here's another good reason for staying put in a car... http://news.sky.com/story/1129466/flash-for-cash-car-crash-scam-warning -

I was. He didn't. Problem is if you move, and the other driver hadn't intended his light flash to mean "proceed" -
giving way in test situation
Bogof replied to goodo111's topic in CBT, Test and Advanced Training Information
This happened to me on test. I stayed put, as the highway code says that flashing headlights are only to be used to warn other drivers of your presence. So a flash that MAY be intended to mean proceed has no recognition in law. The examiner confirmed afterwards that I did teh right thing in not moving, and said that had I moved he would have marked me down for it. -

Well done! -
Incorrect. It will only show as having had a settled claim on it, IF you make a claim. If it's not damaged, then why on earth would you claim?
-
Welcome. Yes, battery. Thanks! Do you think I should buy it? Because the current owner is selling it cheap because it doesn't start via kick. If the price is right then yes, it's worth serious consideration
