a few years ago i got a guy to paint a helmet i had at the time and it looked well i would still be wearing it if the straps hadn't rotted away -

what happens if you do that and you get the same examiner on your next test i would just leave it alone and hope for better luck next time -
yes i haven't been over for five years and i bet things have changed in that time i used to marshal at the TT and the MANX and really enjoyed it, my first time over there was a day trip from preston docks (it was still a working dock then)and that would be in about 1968
