  1. they are snap head bolts the idea of them is t o tighten them until the head shears off to prevent tampering you can either drill into them and use an easy out or use a fine chisel to tap them round to undo them both can be a pain to do but both will work or if you are not going to reuse that ign switch you could cut the side of it off to espose the side of the bolt then tap it with chisel once you have made it turn then it will come out slowly

  2. when you look at the v5 under the photo you have placed on it there is a box that states registered keeper.......................i agree the bit you are on about states 0 previous keepers but you had put it into your name then it would of said 1 previous keeper and name in the main box under the photo would appear at the bottom where it currently says 0 and you name would take the place of the current one making it 1 previous keeper

  3. source a new brake pedal heating and bending the old one back will make it brittle or snap and if it snaps while out on the road it could have serious consequences and as the others have said the pics are not showing but the air box has a breather on it the engine crankcases has a breather on it the carb has an overflow pipe on it the battery will or should have an open vent pipe on it the pic working will help more

  4. thats where you need to be able to have a look at the air filter condition,if they serviced it then it should be new otherwise they just *checked it over* in other words yes its full of oil yes the tyres are black and round job done its ready to go

  5. now its had a decent run (providing you have been sitting letting it tick over for ages again) pull a spark plug out and check the colour of it to see how its running it might need a bit of adjusting but you also have to rev them fairly well to get them going if i remember correctly

Usually let it tick over and warm up 10/15 min's. Thank you for that bit of information, i will pull it out Monday/tuesday. Hopefully the wheel will be with us by then, last set of plugs were bit naffed was running rich. I hadn't tuch it since because it was running like a gem.

its no good pulling them after its been sat idling it needs to have hada run so its getting fuel fed into the engine from the main jets not the slow running ones hence giving it a run down the road for the mot or something similar and then check plug colour
