I doubt it to be honest. They are basically saying, if you take MOD 2 before 19th January you'll get your A licence. If it's on or after the 19th, you'll get whatever the new law states. Regardless if it was cancelled before because of something on their part. The best way is to check the DSA website religiously!

Been confirmed by the man himself. He will be racing for PBM Aprillia in next years MotoGP! Bit unexpected, although it was rumored not too long ago. My guess is he will be near the top of the CRT teams.

Right, so just heard from CID today. Yesterday I had to go to an 'Identity Parade' one of, if not thee, most nerve wracking thing I've had to do. The amount of stress this situation has put me under is unbelievable. I did pick one person out that resembled the picture I had in my head of said suspect. Turns out this was the suspect and although they couldn't charge him with my robbery because of lack of evidence (although they are working on this) They have charged him with a robbery that happened at the same time and same place but a week later. He is in court getting sorted as we speak. So, mixed emotions at the minute. Happy because he is being charged and I'm 100% certain he is the guy that did it. But can't help but feel a bit upset because he won't get as long as he isn't being charged with my robbery. At least hes getting something though. Regard to the phone, The network said it hasn't been used since 20:35. This was about 15 minutes before the incident just as I was walking out the door. They are seeing if the phone was used with a different sim card though. As we are both certain this is the guy it's just a matter of gathering enough evidence to charge him. I can't fault the police nor victim support. They have both been great and helped me a great deal with all this. Lets just hope we can get that little bit more evidence to connect him to my case.

Sorry to hear about that mate. It sucks, It really does. How someone has the cheek to do it! There are some right scum bags around now a days. The thing is though, I have no idea who did it. I mean they'll go through cctv and that but I doubt they'll find anything because it was dark at the time. I also went down to the station to look at photos but didnt recognise any of them. They are also contacting my phone network to try and trace it. I'm not expecting to get it back or for these cnuts to get justice. I gues I'll have to put it behind me and hope It doesn't happen again. I am going to search the usual sites and see if anyone has put anything up for sale.

I doubt anythings effective against 9 blokes unless you just so happen to be Bruce Lee or Chuck Norris. I would do it so I would have more confidence in myself and so that I could kick the absolute shit out of some of them at least. I did Ju-Jitsu some years ago now and although I got pretty far, I don't remember a whole lot of it as it was quite a few years ago now. But they teach you how to defend yourself against knife attacks (How to block and reverse them), With something like a knife attack though it's easier said than done. As I said before it's more about the confidence, knowing I'd have the ability to take at least some of them out with ease.

I read that yesterday! He's a brave lad! I spoke to CID today on the phone and have to go to the police station to look at photos to see if I recognise any of them. Chances are I won't and probably be a waste of time but they'll probably ask me more questions about what happened. They also said they are going to talk with my network and see if anyone used the phone with a different sim before I got it blocked. Thanks for the concern though guys, I am alright, taking everyday as it comes and soldiering on. Also going to start some mixed martial arts. So the next prick who tries it won't stand a chance!

Well my dad rang the council and they said they've had a few staff members mugged whilst going to their cars after their shift! They are going to work with there wardens and look at cctv etc etc Absolute scum of the earth they are!

so yeah.....got mugged last night by a group of about 8/9 chavs. Pissed off is not the word. I see red when I think back to it. Basically If anyone is familiar with Nottingham I live in the Arnold area and was walking through Arnold Park to go to maccies for food. It was only about 9pm. Just me and my mate chatting about the BSB that went off at Brands, then the group of cnuts ask my mate for a fag. He says no, we carry on walking, they then call us back 2 seconds later. At this point I'm thinking 'oh f**k this isn't good, 8 of them against 2 of us' They were then asking our names where we lived and if we knew anyone?? Then they start to surround us. At this point I knew what was going down so started to walkaway with my mate following. They are then asking us where we are going so I signal to my mate to bolt it to the front gate. chav 2 catches up and pulls me down to which i get up and keep going by this time chav 1 has caught me and is throwing punches to my head i turn around get clock 4 times on the face and 3 times in the back of the head. chav 2 then says get your phone out or ill 'shank' you (his words not mine, shank means stabbed for you 'old ens.') I wasn't going to get stabbed for a shitty blackberry i got for free off my ex a few months back so gave it up. my mate then bolts past me and i follow they run off then back into the park. We then ring the police who collect us and take statements etc etc. I only have a tiny swollen lip and swollen nose, bruised jaw and bit of a headache. All in all, they were the shittest punches ever, to have punched someone a good 7 times in the head and done absolutely nothing is a bit shite. Thank god they didnt get my wallet only my phone which can be replaced. My life cannot. I know it wont be found however i have blocked the sim and the phone is now blocked and blacklisted via its IMEI number. I hope these cnut see the light of day and get whats coming to them, but to be honest im not holding my hopes up and nothing will happen to them. Rant over!

You could pass your theory and then go straight to your mod 1 if you wanted to. There's no waiting period that I know of. If you're confident enough book your mod 1 straight after passing your theory. My mod 1 was a couple months after passing my theory but that was only because I did some lessons before booking it. General wait was 3 weeks when booking mod1 here in Nottingham but could be longer or shorter dependent on where you are.

Well the store I work in thinks it's alright to start displaying christmas stuff already! We already have the tins of biscuits, chocolates and mince pies with big signs saying *christmas!!* on them. o.O I'm just waiting for the christmas songs to start next week.
