My wife went into labour & 10 days overdue, 999 said 15 mins, the hospital is 6 miles away. About half way I got blue lighted, I jumped out the car told the officer she needs A&E, got back in my car & made it door to door all in under 10 mins. It was about 4am. She had an emergency c-section within an hour. Every situation is different, just as every drivers skillset is different. I'd have told the judge to get f#####.

What do you chaps think about either option A, B or C - my existing sprockets/chain look good, no sign of wear & have done 10k, so I can either keep hold of them, or replace them all, which well, could be a waste of money. https://www.motorcycleraceparts.co.uk/renthal-front-sprocket-triumph-675-street-triple https://triumphdirect.co.uk/genuine...it---speed-triple--speed-triple-r-12433-p.asp or https://www.motorcycleraceparts.co....le-r-08-14-final-drive-chain-and-sprocket-kit -1 front +1 rear

Don't go there bro lol

I should have added why & what for. Street Triple R 2016, I'm after a performance upgrade & with that I was thinking which would be the best aftermarket upgrade. I might just do both, but sprockets 1st, remap 2nd.

No idea on the difference in all honesty, I just know I would rather have an optimate bit of kit than Oxford.

Better to have one than not, and if you don't have access to a power supply, I have the solar powered one & my battery is kept in tip top condition.

Motorcycling and Mental Health - Ride out
hammer5 replied to StoneySoprano's topic in Scotland Rideouts and Meets
I did exactly the same thing, @OP mate. Been back a few weeks & it's a well-noticed difference. I don't drink anywhere near as much, as I'm looking forward to going for a ride. I go to the garage (container) every day, its helped my wife/son no end & made me realise my boss is a prick & a job is just a job. 46 married & I don't do winter riding anymore -

Looking to learn / an extra pair of hands
hammer5 replied to wophington's topic in Old Motorbikes, Projects and Restorations
I had a google & none around my neck of the woods. It's ok reading a Haynes (mine got delivered whilst I was away), but like many things, tips/hints etc are learned whilst doing, not reading. -
Snowfoam with a wet wash afterwards or just jetwash off & dry?

If you was local to me i would jump at the chance mate. Last time I did anything mechanical it was on my MKI ford fiesta back in 90-something. -
