TC is right, it's the first really sunny warm day of the season and the summer heroes pull the dust sheet off the bike and then go for a spin! Settle in carefully boys and girls, the road surfaces have changed etc I'm off to work in a moment, hopefully not to pick up the pieces if anyone has an off!

I got all the kids kit on ebay, jacket £10 ic P&P, trousers £8 inc P&P, only the lid did I go into a shop to buy.

I actually went into get some Sidi black rain boots but the chap did me a deal on these. I've had them now for 6 months, most expensive boots I have ever purchased RRP was £220 ish and I paid £180. They took a while to bed in, but my god are they comfy now! Never leak in the rain, feet have never got cold yet and never got blisters or sore spots. Good Boots, they did get the Sidi Squeak at first but a drop of WD40 sorted it out!

Usually bad taste jokes, that meke people laugh... the truth is when something like this happens people block it with humor. This i believe is what we call human nature.

I have an Iphone, its a crap phone but and amazing hand held computer... a colleague of mine has a Nokia Lumia, thats pretty amazing. I'll probably go for another Iphone next as i'm use to the apple systems.

Well firstly I would photograph all the damage and list everything they have done, then get it repaired and re-let or sold depending on your intentions. No point leaving the property empty is costing you money. With regard to them, work out the cost of repairs, clearance and cleaning and remove from deposit as you have no deposit or bond send them an invoice with a copy of all the photos. If you don't know where they are a private investigator can trace then via their national insurance number for a small fee ( no idea how they do it they just do) If they don't pay (they never do) it's small claims court, even if they ignore your mail. Keep a diary of all your correspondence and also copies. Don't give up ever!
