  1. Hi all is there anything i can to my kawasaki KRT 125 to make it go abit faster i cant 70mph out of it its a new bike 2021 but its bloody slow i expected a more speed out of it so any tuning aids i can do would appreciate some advice
  2. Try the Street triple rs or the speed triple i own a street triple ,and have ridden a MT09 a mates but the triumph edges it for me , buts it s down to you take your time and look at all of them
  3. age 14 dad got me a a 350 BSA1946 rigid back end ,i had make go it needed a new Magneto spark plug leads ,i took it all to bits with dads help got it working and at 16 had it on road swapped it to a mate for a 500 Norton and passed test at 16 and a bit lol had bikes ever since first big bike was a yam XJ900 best bike i ever owned was a 750 VFR Honda ive had a lot of bikes, i now have a Triumph Street Triple 765, a 125 KRT kwac ninja, and a Harley 1200 sportster which im going to sell
  4. Riding on A50 last summer im doing close to 80, a Suzuki bike comes past me he in a tee shirt shorts trainers no gloves i caught him in up the traffic standing wait to move he shouts its too hot for that gear, i just thought what a twat
  5. Been talking to nephew he says he has had some tuning work done on his dr 125 and a different silencer ,he reckons his top speed is now around 80mph, i didnt know it was tuned before we went out in peak district.so thats how he kept up with me
  6. It should do over 70 my nephew has one and he keeps up with my kawasaki 125 KRT he also can stay with my Triumph at 70,as long as i dont screw it and leave him
  7. I use the back brake a lot on my Harley mainly because it doesnt really handle well and the brakes are bloody useless , so i use both brakes before going into a corner ,it does have great engine braking .thol
  8. T would definitely trade in my Harley for one of those BSA or even my Triumph. I hope its better quality than the Nortons i had a really close look at one of those My first bike was a 1946m BSA B31 350cc and a rigid rear end

  10. i bought a one for my kawasaki 650 ,had to take it off it was far to loud
  11. when get you tyre off and old inner tube out check all round inside tyre to make nothing will puncture new tube

  13. Sound advice look for an Aprilia ,they go really well not much can catch them,. I own a 125 Kawasaki ninja its not very fast it ,i bought it to keep riding because my other bikes are too heavy, i still own a triumph street triple whish is fast and light

  15. budget around 1 2 grand if new , finding a good jap trail bike is not easy
  16. Hi lads,im looking for a trail bike to use through the winter months , im hoping to find a chinese or or at least one of the cheaper foreign bikes instead of the main stream bikes, only needs to be about 125cc im open to advice thankyou keith

Hi, i like reading post about bike problems in Pit Stop ,but what annoys me is that people make a post about fault on their bikes. asking for help, Get an answer from two or three people. but they never come back and say what cured the problem , which could help some else with same problem really does get me

  21. Notice a bit about size of Harley tanks ,my sportster XLC has a 5 gallon.but i still get pissed off with no gauge
  22. My triumph was standing for a while ,i booked in for MOT went to day before it wouldnt start .it was connected to a Optimate charger which had failed ,bought new battery and new optimate all ok now and MOTed PS optimate was over 20 yrs old

Hello Fast Bob. the brakes are not binding in fact at moment its not got the front caliper on it was brand new but started leaking so mechanic who fitted it took off to replace seal, The reason its too heavy is because im only about 5 /4 but also im getting old im 79. i am still riding my Triumph i can get that out of garage ,would have liked to have PX Harley for the ninja but it wasnt to be .i will not be riding Harley ever again even though its in great condition and i have spent a lot on it
