Any pictures floating about, would love to see a stream of mass bikes on the M25.

DON`T YA JUST LUV UM. Bloke the other morning, pitch black at around 6.30am. All in black, no feckin lights (or very dim ones at that) and on the road next to a cycle path. Buses and the odd lorry having to stay behind him (astonishingly having noticed him) because they cannot pass. So as stated................. "Bloody cyclists".

Feck it, roads have just dried up and I've got an appointment with a pint and a horse race with me mates.

Just needed to check this and whilst I knew it was only 24p/mile, I did not realise it`s only 4p more than a bicycle. Please tell me where a bicycle needs to pay for tax, fuel, new tyres, chains and sprockets and a bloody service every 4000 miles let alone depreciation in value etc. etc. I know from 7 years experience, that riding a bike is NO cheaper than driving a car (possibly dearer the amount of miles I put on mine) and yet they can claim 45p/mile. These are very out-dated figures and need to be looked at by the twats we are supposed to have elected. I could stick another 4 people on the bike and claim 5p for each one but I`m thinking I may get stopped by the men in blue. https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... allowances

feck it......not on one, out of three, bloody weather webs sites that I look at each morning does it say it will piss down this afternoon and whats is it doing...feckin pissing down and my waterproofs are tucked up nicely in the cupboard at home . Better getting wet going home I suppose.

Glad to read you`re not too bad, although some of those injuries sound painful. Hope all goes well and you get sorted with both your health and a new bike.

Sam and I are going over to Wheels tomorrow morning (Saturday), it`s their "Open Day". Apparently if you register onto their facebook page you get a free gift and there is a bargain tent for kit and 20% off gear in store. We are meeting at mine at 10.00am. Anyone is more than welcome to join us. May have a breckie while I`m there too. Sorry if this sounds like advertising but it`s good for anyone needing new gear.
