My leathers have a small amount of white and it's a proper bitch to keep clean... Each to their own mate. If you want it, get it. If you are a big lad though, don't bother. Me and TC saw someone last year dressed in white leathers who was a big lad... He looked like a beached whale!!!!

Sounds good mate... Throaty, but still has the sound I like from the Hornet.... May have to treat myself in a couple of months.... Too many other treats on the way at the moment...

Oh look, Korben replies about cleaning... Personally mate I trust Auto Glym... Not the cheapest, but still fairly cheap and if you use it wisely it lasts... Chain lube comes in a million different ways mate... Personally I use Castrol.... summat. It was the first one I bought from the same place I bought the bike. It worked for me so I have stuck with it....

Don't have one, but generally Arai's a good helmets... Just make sure it fit's your noggin properly... That's the important bit!!

Don't worry about it mate. Once you start hanging around with other bikers you will see that you look perfectly normal.. Plus I bet you had it on without any other gear like a bike jacket... Always makes it look bigger.

Too right mate!!! I remember picking my bike up in March last year and riding round in the cold thinking how awful it was... Summer comes round and I am stood at some show near Manchester with TC and a few others and I forced myself to whinge as little as possible about the onset of severe heat exhaustion!!! Roll on Summer!!!!!

It's a tough one mate..... Personally I would go for leathers with some thermal underclothing (Have a look at Cold Killers - I swear by them.... Plenty to choose from though and I am sure others will give their opinion) If you get 2 piece leathers, jacket and trousers that zip together they are easy to get off and on. I would recommend Goretex gloves with heated grips and / or thermal gloves underneath your gloves. Goretex boots are a must with some good thermal socks, then after that go for a waterproof oversuit for the rain. Gives you the best of all worlds mate.... When the weather is warm, leathers are not too bad.... As long as you keep moving!! Oh, drop into Newbies and introduce yourself!!

Dragging the rear brake on a U-Turn ain't gonna do squat and anyone who has even the slightest bit of knowledge about slow speed control will tell you the back brake is imperative!!!!! Not having a go at you mate, having a go at the School you are using... It's disturbing that they tell you not to use the rear brake on a U-turn.

But the real bitch is, once you pass you will find em dead easy!!
