  1. Offered my services already, but might meet up with you to ride as sweeper upper in case we get split up...
  2. Wow!!! It's bigger than the bike!!!
  3. Bloody ell, that stirred a memory in the old noggin!! That was some skiing clothing he tested it out on!! I remember that!! I reckon if used in larger quantities it would probably stand less chance of shattering.... Large areas such as hips, backs, chests..... Dunno though. To be honest I would love to get my hands on some and do some playing around.
  4. Clicky Linky for Google map. http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&sourc ... iwloc=addr Only a few miles off the M1 Also for anyone that needs it I will be happy to rideout and meetup with people who have never been before. It's easy to get close to, but unless you have been before it's difficult to find....
  5. That sort of thing does not happen with us mate... Everyone is just up for a laugh...
  6. Here mate... It's in Nottingham http://www.mfn-club.co.uk/
  7. Count me in... I am only a short ride away as well so happy to help if you need someone on site before hand!!
  8. Spain is local to you the miles you do!!!
  9. Get the Haynes Manual... It's full of good info on maintenance as well as fixing things..
  10. That's a shame innit.... Hopefully they are still working on improving it. Something like this could save a lot of lives and serious injuries...
  11. Has enormous potential I think.... Could work really well in Elbow and knee joints in clothing... Around the ankles in boots.... Gloves as well.....
  12. Although like I said I am a fan of Knox I hear very good things about Forcefield. Like Ellis says, fit is very important. It's like a helmet. It needs to fit well to be able to do it's job in the event of a crash.
  13. Here ya go mate viewtopic.php?f=32&t=15836 Personally I am a big fan of the Knox Contour Back Protector, but pick what suits you mate!!
  14. They look good!! One thing to remember Vicki is that proper moulded earplugs will need replacing about every 2 years. Your ears change constantly.
  15. It's weird when you first do it... I had to stay in a hotel last year and needed to be up early... Floor below was a pub on a Saturday night doing Kareoki (Spelling)... After putting them in the only thing I could hear was my own heart beat... Once you get used to that you fall asleep quick.
  16. People said that to me once.... Through 2 brick walls I could still be heard!!!
  17. Disposable ones are awesome if used correctly!!
  18. Will see if I can make it up to watch again mate.... Weather dependent to be honest.
  19. Joint 5th!!! Probably the best it will be, but happy with that!!
  20. But it's from Lidl!!!!! I am such a label whore!!!! Seriously, I have heard good things about them from a mate at work as well. Toured Europe in one and as Stu said, never let a drop in!!
  21. Im intrigued how we have 5 people who have voted "We are Admin and started it all", when their are only 2 admins... Interesting..
  22. I take it MCN have not updated the points yet? Pretty certain I got some today, but not too sure...
  23. You would do them all if you could afford it mate!! Well Donnington would be great mate. Just think about going downhill through the craner curves!!
  24. Won't be able to do Cadwell.. working. Donnington definately will be there mate, and if the weather does not cancel Oulton (It's meant to be getting cold this week) I should be able to get there as well.
