He stopped, you hit the back of him...That's gonna be what he tells his insurance company...Losing that bit of paper with his name and address has likely just cost you an insurance claim... I'd find those details and give him a call and agree to pay half so £102, in the long run it'll be a lot cheaper for both of you incomparison to claiming on insurance. Either this, or even better, start the ball rolling yourself.Speak to TC on here via PM, he can offer very good advice on what to do next, but if I was you I'd tell him to f**k right off if he's asking you to pay up.
