Is my bike missing something??

Noticed this when changing the brake pads recently

Should there be some kind of bracket there?? I know I didn't take it off so I guess it's been missing for some time. Also what is it called If I want to pick up a new one.

Looks like the securing bracket for your flexi hose is missing.

Snip a strip of metal from a beer can and fold it over, drill a hole through, bolt it all up - job done.

I can't really see properly but I reckon that rubbery bush should locate in the plastic clip that I think I can see on the top of the mudguard.
