squeaky rear wheel with jerking motion

hi

i have a piaggio medley 125cc

past few weeks the rear wheel started to make a squeak on acceleration from stand still.

over time it has gotten worse, with an added jerking motion.

all fine when ridding slowing down, and speeding up. but if i stop then accelerate it does it.

some times after 10/15 mins of ridding it does stop.

Could be a sticking rear brake? Is it a drum?

no disk brakes, the jerking motion doesnt feel like the brakes.

feels like something slipping. as i loose acceleration during the sqeaking bit, a second later it jerks and then all good. till i stop again.

could be the centrifugal clutch if it has one

Splines gone on clutch?

Check the drive belt tension /condition
