I always buy on the door for NEC things, yes it’ll cost a couple of quid more but I know I’m not committed to a particular day then. Might wake up and not fancy going.... highly unlikely though ay!

On line ticket is valid for any day. If you go by car the online car park ticket saves £6.

Going by train on Sunday

Only costs about £2:50 return from my place.

Would go during the week when it’s a bit quieter but my mate can’t get the time off, also meeting up with an old mucker from work for a bevy and chinwag.

Looking forward to it - also I usually treat myself to some kind of farkle as a prezzie from the Missus as my B’day is soon - if I want something pricey I just say it’s for Xmas as well !!

Mind you as it’s my money I suppose the only real gift is the one of silence when I unwrap it at home, and no “how f*cking much” !!

I find that simply lying works a lot better....just divide by 10.

If you had given away more tickets.. :raspberry:

How is it? Are you bored yet? Is the gear priced higher than any decent sale in a shop? Have you caved in and spent £30 for a couple of burgers in the Wetherspoons?

I got some gloves 40% off and a few deals to be had, only people charging above the odds are the brand shops eg Yamaha and the newsagents outside!

They attempted to flog a 'show guide' during the ticket buying process, do they hand out at least a basic floor map? I've never exhibited at a show where the attendees aren't given a map without having to pay for it....

Oooh, just been offered a lift up on Tuesday. Bike show and a Street Triple in the same week :thumb:

Look for the couple involved in a role reversal, where the husband is attempting to convince his wife not to spend so much money on bike stuff

Personally never been fond of the pants on fire.

Cool 'till you get caught. ....but then, we can all make "honest" mistakes, can't we? Hopefully, the pants only get warm......

I did get to essentially deadlift a 200kg bmw off the floor, I impressed myself

I was half expecting you to include in that sentence "with one arm"

That's next year's challenge...
