Slowlycatchymonkey Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 I always buy on the door for NEC things, yes it’ll cost a couple of quid more but I know I’m not committed to a particular day then. Might wake up and not fancy going.... highly unlikely though ay! Quote

Slowlycatchymonkey Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Oh thanks. That is worth it.... most fulfilling Quote
Tankbag Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 16 quid for parking or 10 quid online, but, the caravan & motor home show was free parking Quote
Mickly Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Going by train on SundayOnly costs about £2:50 return from my place.Would go during the week when it’s a bit quieter but my mate can’t get the time off, also meeting up with an old mucker from work for a bevy and chinwag.Looking forward to it - also I usually treat myself to some kind of farkle as a prezzie from the Missus as my B’day is soon - if I want something pricey I just say it’s for Xmas as well !!Mind you as it’s my money I suppose the only real gift is the one of silence when I unwrap it at home, and no “how f*cking much” !! Snod Blatter Posted November 17, 2018 Posted November 17, 2018 If you had given away more tickets.. How is it? Are you bored yet? Is the gear priced higher than any decent sale in a shop? Have you caved in and spent £30 for a couple of burgers in the Wetherspoons? Quote

SometimesSansEngine Posted November 17, 2018 Posted November 17, 2018 They attempted to flog a 'show guide' during the ticket buying process, do they hand out at least a basic floor map? I've never exhibited at a show where the attendees aren't given a map without having to pay for it.... Quote
elizabethf Posted November 17, 2018 Posted November 17, 2018 Yeah still try and flog the map. I printed one out at work yesterday lol Quote
