My dad had thyroid cancer and my brother had lymphoma, I’m probably screwed anyway so I’m gonna crack out the bacon, cheese, and mince and smoke a fatty. Pic is the last one I made.

If I’m gonna die I’m gonna die happy!

You do know that eating smoked food increases the risk of cancer don’t you.

According to the nanny state just about everything that is nice to eat or drink is a cause of increased risk of some dreadful disease. So as we all have to die of something we may as well crack on and enjoy ourselves. I'm surely not giving up smoked ham or bacon.

For now we are free to increase our risk of getting cancer, but it won't always be so. The rot has started with the sugar tax, this desire to control what we eat will spread to all foods eventually, and it's all under the pretence that we're overloading the NHS.

I started a thread on another forum disagreeing with the sugar tax... I seemed to be in a minority.. God help us

The trouble with science is that for every theory there is a counter theory. Remember butter was supposed to be bad for you but now it's supposed to be good? So like many people I just ignore it. I've made it to past 60 so something will get me sooner rather than later. Hey ho.
