Our two boys have been playing pool in the bar, opposite an absolute tosser on the next table trying his best to impress his girlfriend. Pausing only to flex his muscles or strike the occasional faux-martial arts pose, he has been giving her a constant stream of pompous 'expert' advice.

After he beat her he smiled sleazily at my wife and asked if she fancied a game. She obligingly picked up a cue, and promptly handed him his ass. His face was a picture of utter humiliation and anger, and he surmised that she took lessons. When she breazily said she last played at uni 25 years ago I genuinely thought he was going to cry.

And my wife has a much better arse than his girlfriend when she is bent over the table.
