That was for a 48 hour week including working nights and weekends.In 1976 an average pint of beer cost 32p per pint. The average wage then £72 per week for 40 hours. Quote

KentAl Posted August 25, 2020 Posted August 25, 2020 The thing I've noticed from the ad is they don't give the RD400's model code but the fact it has the new fangled alloy wheels. Also no 1975 Triumphs for sale as not many made during shut in. Still the weather was nice. Quote
