Is it oil or is it hydraulic fluid ?

Is it dripping onto the floor or just a weep visible on the casing?

It may just be residual fluid from when the work was done, it can take a while for such fluids to clear.

Best thing is to clean the area where the fluid is visible with a solvent or engine cleaner. Dry it off with a cloth. Then you stand a better chance of spotting where the fluid is coming from.

Leaks usually run downwards so trace any signs of fluid to the highest point visible.

Check the oil filter if it is properly tighten.

You don't really say where the leak is located so this is just a guess.

The first step is to identify the exact location.

St1300 are a pain when you have to reach anywhere because of all the fairings

Its running down along the casting, and onto the floor. I sprayed engine cleaner around the area, and dried it off, and cleaned any excess off the floor. That was yesterday, so this morning there was a few drops again on floor, such a shitty headwrecker of a thing.

if you're on a laptop just drag it to the message.

I have no idea how it's done on the phone

Sad to say, it's on fone I am. If anyone can advise how to post pic, of my bike issue, I will

It’s easy on the phone. Scroll down from your post to attachments, then insert the file you want and place it inline.

That doesn't work on all phones.

And doesn't work on all browsers.

That's a lot of oil

First you need to take it back and have whoever did the clutch cylinder replacement to put it right. The clutch is submerse in the engine oil and is looking like either the gasket was not in good condition or the cover is not tighten properly.

Unless of course, for some odd reason, they touched the oil pump...
