I read a slightly interesting article in The Independent yesterday entitled “Judging a person on their spelling and grammar reveals more about you than it does about them” and was gonna correct the typo but decided to leave it in and see who just had to pick up on it. And let the kids starve as well!You know, for once, I'd really like to people to come clean on their real reasons that they support these populists.Limited intellect and lack of education obviously play a big part....but I've no doubt that in the majority of cases it's hearing the Politicians actually reinforcing the ingrained beliefs that they actually have. And then feeling an empathy with them.That's actually much more worrying than just plain stupidity. I've got some friends and family in the US. The family reluctantly voted Democrat as they really didn't like Trump but the friends voted Republican because they hated even the whiff of socialism associated with the Democrats.
