It's a hose connector or nipple depending on which jargon you choose. Those are sold with alternative fittings so they must be removable and interchangeable but chances are you can't buy the connectors separately. It might be worth sending them an email though.

 

You may be able to use an alternative but it's knowing what will fit. You'd need to measure and then trawl through eBay or brake  component suppliers.
